You tell us a day and time that suits you. A sales specialist confirms by email, then calls you on video from her home, where the sofas and the modular parts are. She sits on one so you can watch the cushion give, shows you how the modules connect and come apart, holds a cover to her window, and answers whatever you ask. What the camera cannot do is put you on the cushion. Four swatches and 14 days from delivery cover that part.

Modules ship as separate pieces, so a door that stops a one piece sofa does not stop these. None of this can see your stairs. Measure those yourself.
Open the builderFour swatches, free, at your door in 3 to 5 days. Order them before the call and hold them where the sofa will sit, at 8 in the morning and at 8 at night. On the call, ask to see your fabric on a whole sofa; if it is in her room, you see how the color reads at scale, in her light, not yours, so the swatches still matter. Covers on all four collections come off and wash. A swatch settles color and hand feel. It cannot tell you how a sofa sits.
